Free U.S. Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after your order ships. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Address: Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Orders: If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us at biogodrinks@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
