How long does shipping take?

Standard orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but generally range from 3–7 business days within the US.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer FREE US shipping on all orders. No minimum and no code needed.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

What if my order arrived damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! Please take a photo of the damage and contact us right away via our Contact page. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.

Subscriptions

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes! On the Bio-Go 30-day supply product page, choose Subscribe for $125 per month with automatic monthly delivery — same price as a one-time purchase, cancel anytime.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel anytime using the subscription management link in your subscription emails, or just email us at biogodrinks@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

You can visit us at our Historic Jefferson St. location in Nashville, TN or find us at the Nashville Farmers Market. Follow us on social media for updated market dates and locations.
